Operation Prepare

Operation Prepare provides identification kits for families of children and those with Alzheimer's. These kits assist law enforcement and search agencies in locating and identifying the missing and the lost.

Simply download the FREE Operation Prepare ID Card, add the latest photo, and then add fingerprints and DNA swab.

The DNA swab can be taken using a simple, unopened sterile cotton tip applicator (available from any doctor's office) which should then be placed into a sealed zip lock bag. 

Keep this completed kit somewhere safe and readily accessible in case your loved one is lost or goes missing. Provide to law enforcement at the earliest opportunity.
